Open Houses are BACK!

This weekend we held open houses on 2️⃣of our active listings + had over 5️⃣0️⃣ people come through, curious to see what’s on the market.

If you’re selling a home, an open house is a great way to increase exposure + the additional foot traffic will improve your chances of selling your home quickly. According to Forbes; “in competitive markets, it’s more imperative than ever to host an open house.”

If you’re a buyer, not only is an open house a great opportunity to tour that home you saw online, but you can get a true sense of the neighborhood it’s in and all of it’s amenities. An added bonus🙌🏼, if you don’t have a real estate agent, this is your chance to casually interview realtors.
